MAKITA LAUNCHES NEW 18V LXT CORDLESS L.E.D. FLASHLIGHT AND SPOTLIGHT

New compact light is the latest addition to the expanding range of cordless lighting

March 16, 2020, La Mirada, CA – Makita U.S.A., Inc., manufacturer of high-quality professional tools and accessories, has expanded their lighting offering with the new 18V LXT^® Cordless L.E.D. Flashlight / Spotlight (DML812). This compact job site light can brighten tight crawl spaces, elevator shafts, and other work areas for optimal visibility.

This light offers 4 modes of operation: Spotlight, Floodlight, Spot/Flood, and Strobe. The Spot/Flood setting effectively delivers 1,250 lumens, Strobe setting delivers 1,200 lumens, Floodlight setting delivers 1,000 lumens and Spotlight setting delivers 600 lumens. In the Spotlight and Spot/Flood modes, the light can illuminate up to 700 yards.

For user convenience, the head pivots 90-degrees and an optional shoulder strap or metal hang hook keeps the light nearby. A rubberized, soft grip provides increased comfort on the job. This cordless light features Extreme Protection Technology (XPT^™) for improved dust and water resistance to operate in harsh conditions.
